Accounting.

My brain was stuck, thinking what I should take when I enter the college. Of course, I did have my own plans but sometimes, people always made me shrugged.

My ambition is to be an accountant. I know people say that accounting is quite boring but for me, it is full of fun because I love calculation and I hate science. Accounting actually is like a game. To win the game, you should make some plan such as when to buy the stocks and pay the creditor ( a person to whom money is owned ), how to keep the documents safely and make a full set accounts effectively. From here, you can know that you are winning the game or not by getting profit or loss.

Oh well, what course I should take? Is it accounting or finance or economics or management or business or taxation or marketing or banking? I have a plan to take an accounting course for a major course and perhaps I will take finance or taxation for a minor course if is that ok. I should think about it for my own future and profession. When I search from the Star Job, a lot of professions provided to the public. Financial controller, strategic development, treasury manager, project accountant, business analyst and so on. Haih, maybe I will think about it after I enter the college.

Now, the most important thing is to choose the right route. The routes for accounting are like STPM ( Malaysia’s ), A-level ( UK’s ), SAM ( Australia’s ), Diploma ( Malaysia’s ), Matriculation, CAT (UK’s & professional ) and others. I want to take Diploma at first but when I figured the requirement profession from the Star Job, many companies want to hire people from the professional course background like ACCA, CIMA and MACPA. So, maybe I will take CAT/ACCA. Haha. Should I take a risk? It is a professional course and I hope that I can do well ( huh, I heard that many students from this course had fail in some papers ). Oh well, ganbatte-yoh! :)

p/s : I will post about my plan next time.
